In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our suppliers do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute the flower with alternate produce of equivalent (or greater) value. Our professional florists will ensure that the ‘look and feel’ of the arrangement will be maintained.

In single-variety arrangements, variety will take preference over colour. For example, if we are out of ‘pink roses’, we will substitute another colour of roses instead of another flower.

We will process your order when your transaction is successful. We will send a payment confirmation e-mail to your registered e-mail account.

If you choose to pay using Internet Banking Transfer, you have 24 hours to confirm your payment or your order will be canceled. Payment confirmation must be done in our website to prevent our system deleting your order. Confirmation via Line / WA / SMS will not be accepted.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, all credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Midtrans, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

We only deliver to areas within Surabaya.

Deliveries are between 12 to 5pm. On occasions, such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s day, and Christmas, delivery window will be extended from 7am to 6pm.

It is highly suggested that you provide accurate recipient’s details and kindly give further instructions to assist our drivers to locate difficult to find addresses.

Sender is responsible for ensuring that the recipient or someone on behalf of the recipient is at the specified location to receive the delivery. The signature of the recipient or someone on behalf of the recipient shall be accepted as proof of delivery

In the event that no one is present to receive the arrangements, a redelivery surcharge of Rp 20,000 will be applicable (to the sender; see 3.4 Receipt of Deliveries). If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality gifts are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable at 20% discount off the original price.

Please call us immediately if you wish change your delivery address. Your change of address is not effective unless you receive a confirmation from us.

Neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances to include but not be limited to any adverse weather conditions – such as typhoons, rainstorm warnings, earthquakes, flood, extreme winds, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike.

We source our flowers from reputable fresh cut flowers supplier. Flowers used in our arrangements varies from local to foreign origins.

Floral Bureau value your privacy and will never lease, rent, or sell your private information. As a part of the trade process, we collect yours and your recipient personal information such as name and contact details. When you browse our online store, we also automatically receiver your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address.
